Program/Development Supervisor

CASA of the Tennessee Heartland is seeking a passionate, relationship-driven professional
to support and supervise volunteers advocating for children.
This role blends people leadership, community engagement, and mission-driven
work—perfect for someone who thrives on connection and purpose.
We’re looking for someone who is both people-centered and results-driven—a
professional who can build trust, navigate complex situations, and inspire others to take
meaningful action.

This role requires a professional who understands that flexibility goes both ways—being
available when volunteers need support, even outside traditional hours, is essential to

Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing supervision of CASA volunteers
• Provide high-level coaching to support effective child advocacy
• Ensure program quality, compliance, and strong case outcomes
• Build strategic relationships with community stakeholders
• Represent CASA as a trusted voice in the child welfare space
Ideal Candidate
• Minimum Qualifications
• Associate’s degree required (bachelor’s preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field (social services, education, nonprofit, or
child advocacy preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Additional Requirements
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, including criminal
history and child abuse registry checks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel within Anderson and Blount Counties as needed
Compensation & Work Environment
• Salary: $42,000–$45,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Hybrid and flexible work schedule
